We can accommodate individuals or couples in 4 separate staterooms, each featuring a private bathroom. Our boat is also perfect for family groups up to 8 adults and up to 4 children.

Our 2005 season prices are based on the following rates below and includes everything except fishing licenses and crew gratuity which is normally 15-20% of the charter fee. We also provide transportation to and from the Juneau or Sitka hotel in our charter fee. For variations to this please email or call us for special pricing.

Please Note:  Sitka sales tax is 5% of initial $5,000 per invoice.

All 4-day fishing charters will leave and return to Sitka with a minimum of 6 people.  If you need assistance in achieving the minimum group size we always assist in filling groups out.

 

The 6 day Luxury Charters (entire yacht)--------------------------------------$39,900*/**

 All of the Luxury Charters will start or end in Juneau or Sitka---see calendar for exact departure and arrival points.

 All trips include gourmet meals, a seasoned crew of 4, use of the 28’ tender Caly, reasonable amounts of beer and wine, fish processing, freezing, packing, hot tub, transportation to and from ---either your hotel or airport depending on time of arrival and departure---and a good time.

 *Due to vastly floating fuel prices a $2000 surcharge will be added to all 6 day charters to cover the volatility of fuel.

 **All trip starting and ending in Sitka will carry the local sale tax of Sitka.

We also offer positioning trip discounts and these trips will vary with where the yacht needs to be at a specific time. Please call for details concerning these positioning trip discounts---as they vary from season to season.

Gratuity, fishing licenses and hard liquors not included.

RESERVATIONS:
A 50% deposit is required 10 days after verbal confirmation of your reservation is made. The final payment is due 60 days prior to the departure dates. Reservations made less than 60 days prior to departure must be paid in full immediately after verbal confirmation from Alaska N. W. Charters, LLC. Late payments of either the deposit or final payment may result in the release of you reservation with any rebooking subject to availability and forfeiture of 50% of your deposit.

CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY:

Any cancellations prior to the departure date will only receive a full refund if the dates cancelled are rebooked. If a partial booking is made then a prorated refund will be made. If we are unable to rebook, you may take any charter during the same season provided space and other charter dates are available.

If we, as the operators, have to cancel the trip due to a mechanical breakdown (not very probable) and can not find a substitute vessel of like kind or quality then a full refund of all monies paid to us will be refunded.

We recommend trip insurance to cover cancellations and other unforeseen events. Please call for details.

HOTEL ACCOMMODATIONS:
We will be happy to point you toward local accommodations in Sitka and Juneau. If you wish to visit Seattle either before or after your Alaska journey, we will be happy to accommodate you in our extended stay guest houses.

AIR TRAVEL TO ALASKA:
Both Sitka and Juneau are serviced by Alaska Airlines from the Seattle area. For flight information and reservations visit www.alaskaairlines.com, or call them toll free at 1-800-426-0333.

Worldwide communications is available from the yacht via Satellite Phone and or Email 24 hours a day.
