Chef

Your Chef on the trip will see to it that you will have the finest in dining experiences. The menu has something for everyone and if you go away hungry it won't be from lack of food on the table. A hard day's fishing and sight seeing can build a huge appetite and we  will see that you are full and satisfied.

As we generally catch a lot of local fish, salmon all varieties, halibut, assorted rock fish, like red snapper and Dungeness crab---we like to offer our guests the option of their freshly caught fish instead of frozen entrees. There is really nothing that compares to freshly caught fish it is just different than frozen that we are all use to in the lower 48 states. Our Chef is able to bring the best out of Alaska's finest fish. View the menu...
